I LOVE pickle shaved ice, or frozen pickle juice. I saw it at a few shaved ice stands and thought OMG that’s repulsive just to look at the words. Then I tried it.. So good. I actually attempted to make some last night. I found this site by searching for “frozen pickles”. You guys should try it. Sonic also makes FRIED pickles. I tried them when I was pregnant they are the cheap hamburger pickles and weren’t so good. Might be alright w/ a better quality pickle.

@Cindy: We made some koolickles here last summer, and much to my horror - I tried one. Not unpleasant but not something I’d try again. Wasted a whole jar of perfectly edible Vlasic’s too.

As for the juice, my Wife’s mother drinks it apparently. I’ll have to find some of these popsicles for her this Summer!

Koolickles are popular in my part of texas. It’s just a pickle soaked in kool-aid. I think they’re disgusting, but kids love ‘em!

My sister used to drink pickle juice as a child. It gave her really bad sores in her mouth. I hope that they’ve figured out a way to work around that…
