André-Philippe Gagnon [Wikipedia] is a Québécois impressionist entertainer. His act is unique for his specialized talent in impersonating the singing voices of celebrities as opposed to his contemporaries who typically can do only the speaking voices. He's known for doing all the 18 voices in the classic We Are The World. He even imitates a saxophone here [Youtube], the Pink Panther anyone?

All those fans can't tell how rancid his impressions are? Don't they have CDs in Canada, France, Australia, etc? He sounds similar in some ways to the stars he's impersonating, but overall, he deserves a grade of "C" at best.
( Maybe i'm mixing things up with another celebrity from around here because I can't find anything about it on the web... it was a long time ago. )
Here's one video of him on you tube:

That being said, this video is definitely ancient and not the best showcase of what he could do.... (don't know if he still can)... and (deservedly or not) he was pretty big around the world for a while. Sic transit gloria mundi
i'm pretty sure anyone with a better than average singing voice could do the same
Most Canadian stars with any sense go to Hollywood to become US stars.
Quebec - still a part of Canada - has even slimmer pickings because of the language barrier and anti-USA/ anti-English snobbery.
One of his talent that always impresses me is when he does the sound of a saxophone
