UNI+brow = MONO+brow

UNI comes from “unus” (Latin for “one”)
MONO comes from “monos” (Greek for “one”)

They used to teach things like this in school.

I never understood why people who unibrows just didn’t shave it off. It takes all of 2 seconds and people wont stare at you.

Maybe it’s just no one wants to tell that person they have a unibrow and it looks funny.

As far as I’m concerned, it’s still “unibrow”. Maybe it’s a regional thing… I’ve never really heard the term “monobrow”.

I remember reading in my youth that at one time having a unibrow was considered a sign of werewolfism.
