These are so good becuase they are true. My cat Thelma has done this…right down to the pause when the door really opens, as if she might not want to come inside after all that effort. I liked his other clip as well!

If cats ever figure out how to work can openers…. we are all dead!
If you ever see a cat with an opposable thumb, kill it! The Human race is at stake!!!

So true! My sisters cat used to do the same thing. She’d howl, meow, and scratch like crazy at the bedroom door when I’m visiting. Then when I open it she’d sit there and wonder why I opened it! Gah! Silly cats.

I love the plot twist at the end. I was afraid it would do the boring overdone joke of the cat turning around and wanting back out, but nope!
The gnome was also really freaking adorable.

yea. my cat does the same thing. he’ll sit at the door for half an hour, screaming at me to let him outside, even talking to my friends in hopes that they too will let him out. once we do, he rolls around on the porch for 2 seconds and demands to come back in. i let him meow and carry-on for a while until i open the door for him , and then when i do, he does that pause, as if he’s confused that i would do such a thing. then he’ll stand right in the way of the door, as if trying to get the best of both worlds, and then come in and rub himself all over me, then start yelling at me again. well I’M NOT HAVING IT! but he’s cute, and i’ll tolerate it. have a joyful day, all!

Cats don’t really want to come in, or out. They want the door to be open.

That’s right.
It’s all about control.
Loved the ending. I thought he might not even come in at first. -

So funny and true! I love these animations! My cats do that kind of stuff all of the time, my whole family feels like doormen. The next one needs to show kitty tearing the crap out of a carpet for no freaking reason haha.
