There’s a long standing trend at the higher end of the fashion doll collecting hobby for face repaints.
This guy is good!And - having seen my beloved toiling at repainting doll faces - let me just say that Photoshop might be easier but far less rewarding.

Although I have no desire to do so, I do respect the talent going into this.
