Recently I’ve been fascinated with the distinct different types of paranoia. Cocaine abuse frequently results in paranoia involving uniformed officers, whereas paranoia brought on by crystal meth use is always about close personal relationships, sufferers may believe that their siblings or parents have turned against them. This doppelgänger delusion exists in sufferers of brain damage due to ecstasy abuse.

What about the delusion that all women find me sexually attractive?
How about the one where every person in the room thinks they know the names of the Seven Dwarfs, but they each have a different answer and they are all wrong?
Can we combine them? Does anyone else only think of witty comebacks to the alien actors that are impersonating friends and colleagues right after they leave the room?
How about the delusion that people all over the Internet are interested in my comments?
