Khambo Lama Itigilov actually slowly preserved himself. i will look for the national geo segment i watched it from.
It was a long process of slowing down your eating, and then actually eating salts and preservatives over a long period of time. He didn’t and wasn’t the first in this, he is just the best preserved example.
