Cloth Physics Simulator

By Alex in Science & Tech on Feb 19, 2008 at 7:28 pm

Jeff Nusz of Custom-Logic built this pretty darn cool "cloth physics" simulator back in 2004. You can change the width and length of the cloth, and turn up the fan to watch it billow as if blown by the artificial wind.

Also check out http://www.jrc313.com/processing/cloth/ for a similar cloth physics simulator made with Processing which includes source code.

Check out Sprout and Annika’s Oddysey from the link… they are short but beautifully and lushly detailed games, both of which I highly recommend.
