		<description>This list is clearly missing the dude that sold the eiffel tower for scrap metal... twice. He was just some guy that called up scrap yards across France, told them he was a member of the French government who was in charge of demolition on the tower, and collected a tidy sum for the scrap metal that never would be. He did a again some years later and also succeeded, but cops caught on before he could get any more money, he was never arrested.</description>
