		<description>I gotta assume that the framerate for film back then was weird. He has the same sort of waddle/walk as Charlie Chaplin. :P Or... maybe thats just how he walked. Maybe back in his time, it was considered stylish or something. Interesting stuff. 

I wonder if anyone will ever take the clip and try to remaster it. Its so short a clip that you could almost go frame by frame in adobe and fix it.</description>
