At the Living Smart at Home site, they said the first residents will be moving in early March. I would love to hear first hand from actual owners or residents of these flat pack homes, how they like it and if the construction seems as stable and secure as normal homes.

The Krap condo comment gave me a good laugh. I think modular/prefab housing is a great idea, but if the quality of the construction and materials of the houses is anything like Ikea's furniture, I'd rather not.
