Unless another blog is just ripping off your post text wholesale (which hasn't ever happened on mine except for the usual spambots) you should be seeing incoming posts to your Blog on your stats page anyway. If you don't have that, Technorati and Google Blog Search do a pretty good job of showing incoming links as well. Isn’t this what pingbacks are supposed to be for?
