    I had the honor of visiting “Grote Kerk”, which is located in the town of Haarlem, Netherlands. Took a day trip from Amsterdam out there. The combination of the quietness and serenity of the church, the massive scale of the organ, and the pleasant after-glow from our breakfast at Barney’s in the Dam, provided an excellent experience :)

    @Lasse-
    Me too! I was expecting something involving jars of formaldehyde.

    I did the same thing. Sort of. I was expecting it to be something different because I keep misreading “organs”.

    Damn you, Freud.

    I was going in a totally different direction, when I saw Museum of Organs. Thought it might be a tribute to old porn stars.

    Actually, I worked in the pipe organ field for a time. Very intricate and beautiful machines.
