The Brothers Brick blog is starting what I believe will be a very neat series: historical figures ... in LEGO minifigs!

This one, if you haven't guessed it already, is Mohandas Gandhi.

Um... "Mohandas" was his given first name, rebecca. "Mahatma" is more of an honorific applied to him (and others ... it's not unique to Gandhi).

it's not mohandas. it's mahatma; it means great one in hindi.

Should have had round glasses, more of a humble look. It looks like Arnold Schwarzenegger in the role of Gandhi.

This is Salt March Gandhi, but why didn't I think of a spinning wheel?! And Stripper Gandhi (collect them all!) -- that just made me LOL!
