I remember hearing about guys who would go out and get pictures of the people who were sending them the ‘money transfer out of africa’ spam emails and sending them in response. That must have been quite a shock. I recall another Uncle John article along these lines, but I can’t recall the specifics. . . alas.

Speaking of phone clerks, recently in France one of the Orange phone company customer representative was so displeased by the problems encountered by a customer from North African origins that he open his account with the “salearabe” password, which is roughly “f*ing arab”.

Needless to say that this highly racist password did not go unnoticed.
