Its called Gaki no Tsukai ya arahende (translates to I'm not a kid's servant). Usually they do stupid/silly games like these, but every new years, they have a longer episode, which consists of the main comedians on the show having to survive a day at some institution (ex. schoo, hospital...etc) without laughing, when the writers of the show set up various jokes.
