		<description>Not sure why you would do that.  I own a Honda Elite 250cc and it kicks!!  Honda stopped shipping +200 cc scooters to Canada in the late 80s so it is also kind of rare.  

This bike is nice, but weighs more than the original fiberglass.  With one person I would guess top speed 70 clicks.  Hard to compete with traffic at those speeds.  Nice idea though.</description>
