		<description>I was here in oklahoma when it happened. That is definitely an ice storm that caused this. And the damage from that tower was nothing, but there is a lot of damage in Tulsa, to the point that four thousand linemen were called in and 80% of the Tulsa Metro area was without power. Today which is 5 days later about 50% still are without power.</description>
