Which is something Boston SHOULD ban. Service is atrocious... the other day, I was waiting at a bus stop with ~5 other people, and a bus [with passengers - it was not off duty] just drove by us! I work on the 30th floor in downtown Boston, and no one knew what the hell was going on. Kind of scary, to be honest. It is weird though, how things changed so dramatically...
