Panoramic Videos

Immersive Media makes 360-degree panoramic videos. Push play, then mouseover to move your viewpoint left or right while the scene moves. You can also pan while the video is paused. This video is 42nd Street in New York City. Other video demos are available at the site. Link -via Metafilter

    The Humpback Whales video is awesome! This is a great toy.....you can watch the videos over and over at different angles and never get bored! Thanks for the posting!

    I'd love to have this hooked up to some VR goggles with some sensors so they know i which direction I'm looking.

    It would be so much cooler if you could look up too, don't have any idea how difficult it would be, but it would be awesome.

    neat, but that's not 360 degrees. more like 150 to 180. unless i'm just not scrolling right...
