I can’t do either of these tricks. 
Same reason why I coudln’t do most slight-of-hand tricks when I was younger even though I was really interested in illusions: My hands are too stubby and ungraceful!
(I also can’t play piano except for, say, ‘mary had a little lamb’)

I can’t put my second and third fingers out without my pinkie sticking out, so this trick would be hard for me to do.
