World's Largest Mechoui Grill.

63-year-old Christian Falco, a French cook, has prepared the world's largest mechoui grill -- spit-roasting a 550-kg camel for 15 hours at a seaside Moroccan town south of Rabat. 2.7 tonnes of wood and 15 litres of oil were used to cook the camel meat. About 500 intrepid diners feasted on it at the seaside town of Safi, paying 150 dirhams ($18) for the experience. Link

a friend claimed he had dinner at a bedouin party celebrating a major electrical facility where they served a camel stuffed with a sheep stuffed with a goat stuffed with several other animals going down to a hardboiled egg. He never got a good accounting of this dish. Does anyone know what it's called?
