63-year-old Christian Falco, a French cook, has prepared the world's largest mechoui grill -- spit-roasting a 550-kg camel for 15 hours at a seaside Moroccan town south of Rabat. 2.7 tonnes of wood and 15 litres of oil were used to cook the camel meat. a friend claimed he had dinner at a bedouin party celebrating a major electrical facility where they served a camel stuffed with a sheep stuffed with a goat stuffed with several other animals going down to a hardboiled egg. He never got a good accounting of this dish. Does anyone know what it's called?
