		<description>Since your feet don't go numb and turn gangrenous due to lack of blood when you stand on your head, it's safe to say that the heart pumps the blood at a pressure that exceeds the force of gravity.  Therefore it's unlikely that a seesaw action would move the blood at all, let alone enough to prevent brain hypoxia.</description>
