When will people ever learn that there are no shortcuts... If you spent even half the amount of time actually working your way to a healthier lifestyle rather than trying to think of a way to get there you'd save yourself a lot of cash and from a lot of disappointments, thats for sure.

It shows to the doctor's credit that he turns down potential plastic surgery patients for the right reasons. You can't promise a particular result if you won't be able to achieve it with the patient's body type.

What's funny is that the abs are the only thing with any definition (albeit fake). He looks like a 30 year old computer programmer with plastic abs.
