Don’t know the song, but YouTube user gwhoosh left a translation in the comments.
Bamse (bear) and Lille Skut,(rabbit) hopping in the forest,
Then came Skillman (turtle) stomping, and he tripped on a cat.
Bamse said, “Come here, come here kittykittykittycat
And you’ll get a meatball when we get to where we’re going.”
Then they saw grandma’s house up on the hill
Lille Skut he ran so fast the whole way there
Then Bamse said, “Now you’re running too fast, too fast.
Wait on us others! We don’t have such long legs and Skalman, he’s tiiiiired.”
“Tiiiired.”“Come into my cottage and you’ll get to eat
