A complete waste of time and talent (Liebovitz) on a totally worthless subject (Hollywood celebrities).

Snow White is too hard looking, and Beyonce as ‘Alice’ looks like she is leering. Where is the innocence to be found? Not in these celebrities.

I thought the Snow White one was one of the only good ones. Some of these are just silly though.

actually, I like them better than the Disney “originals” - the tales are all Grimm Bros stuff that was pretty gritty and harsh in orignal form anyway. These photos remove the Trademark Disney blandness which some translate into innocence or purity and put in its place a realism that Disney washed out. The characters were supposed to speak to children and give them a fantasy to identify with, look up to, strive to equal. All characters who persisted towards their dreams despite cruelty, malice and unfortunate circumstances (not to mention surreality which they took stoicly as well)

I like these photos… they remind me of READING the stories.
