I’m gonna have to call bullsh*t on this one… if you look at every before and after photo on the Doctor’s website, all of the ears are exactly the same… not only that, but it says on the website that the procedure takes 3-4 weeks to completely heal, yet all of the recipients hairstyles are exactly the same! You’d think that there would be a slight change in length, etc. Check out the before/after photos you posted on your site…the dudes hair is exactly the same - even the hair down his neck is the same. Either this site is just a well thought out prank, or the before/after photos are just staged and not real recipients of the faun ear transplant… I can’t believe I actually giveashit enough to post a comment.

“[...] but also improve the experience of listening to music.”

I seriously doubt that. Also: Head, meet desk!

i’m Hungarian, i checked the site in Hungarian, and it seems legitimate. it’s a plastic surgery office, and does other kinds of surgeries too.

While that site is a hoax, ear pointing is a fairly common form of body modification.

I actually know a girl who got it done, by a body modifier she knows, in his basement. They look nasty.

If that’s not Photoshop, then that guy is seriously anal about his hair. There’s no way he could have gotten the two styles that close (check out the little hairs sticking up on the crown of his head!); the photos must’ve been taken the same day, which argues against any form of real surgery.

Considering that each ear tip on every one of those persons look exactly the same there’s no way that that isn’t a Photoshop edit. Skilled surgeons (legitimate or not) can do amazing things with ear pointing, but having four people heal exactly the same is impossible.

Shaving nics? Look at the hair! Every twist and curl and shadow is in the exact same position. If you’re gonna fake your stoopid elf ears with photochop, at least take some plausibly different source pics.

To “improve the experience of listening to music”? Why stop at pointy ears? Why not go all out and get flappy elephant ears??

Yup, his hair’s greasy, so it could have stayed in place that long, but you think he could have washed it at least for the surgery.
