Looks like this furry fiend is having your brain for lunch. Press the button on this Talking Rat Cap, and the rat joyfully bobs up and down with beady bright red eyes, saying one of four demented phrases. Hilariously hideous all by itself or as part of a costume.

Wal-Mart had those last year. After Halloween they had to get rid of all of them and sold them for about $2 a piece.

wow this is…..nice? why would this be even invented…the things that people think are funny these days are pretty peculiar…. :p
