Candy Bar Comparison Chart

Before you eat that Halloween candy, check out this candy comparison chart that Jared of A Calorie Counter put together. He wrote:

Basically, it’s a side-by-side comparison of almost 70 popular types of candy and chocolate bars to see how they all stack up against each other in terms of their nutritional content and ingredients. You know, stuff like which is highest in calories, which has the most saturated fat and sugar, which do and do not contain trans fat, etc..

Just felt like it was something a lot of people might find useful, especially with Halloween just a few days away.

I was surprised that Hershey’s 5th Avenue Chocolate bar has a whopping 280 calories and that Mars’ 3 Musketeers has 40 grams of sugar!

How could you be surprised that a 3 Musketeers has 40 grams of sugar? If it says it’s low in fat and it’s very sweet what did you think was in there?

This is a pretty dumb concept. Everyone knows candy is has fat and sugar. Like people are going to choose their candy based on whether or not it contains 5% less fat than some other candy? I choose my candy based on whether or not it tastes good.

    I must agree.
You KNOW it’s bad for you.
