    There is a new trend of non-destructive graffiti that we are finding fascinating. Another cool example is "clean tagging" as seen here:

    its all in japanese but what it says here is a man(he is not working even in the design field) has worked on the sign in the station in tokyo using the tape. very well done. you can see the video of an interview as well.
