Umbrella Squirt Gun

   This would have been great in 1980. Now it's just a horrifying idea. Can you imagine carrying a realistic gun in your hand every time it rains? You'd be shot, for sure, probably by the cops.

   Unbelievable - just when I thought designers couldn't get any stupider, crap like this pops up (after looking at his website and seeing a HOTMAIL account listed as his contact, I'm no longer all that surprised).

   This would be so awesome in the game K.A.O.S. (Killing As an Organized Sport) where you have a group of players, each of whom is given a card with the name of another person in that group who is their target. You get a "kill" by shooting them with a watergun. The person "killed" gives the "assasin" their card with their target on it and that becomes the "assasin's" next target. The cards are planned out in a circular route, so that a player would never get a card with their name on it unless they were the last person standing.
   We played this in college and there were certain zones that were "safe havens" like classrooms, the chapel, the cafeteria, the administration offices, etc. But it was a blast! It was always fun to not only be the hunter, but at the same time to be the hunted. This "gun" would be great for that! (Although I agree with the posts above, it should look a bit more "fake" for safety reasons, given how spooked people are nowadays.

   horrible implementation. Awesome idea. What they need to do is mould the squirt gun so it looks natural like the handle but fatter. Then its just a matter of setting a tiny pinhole nozzle on one side and a inset button trigger on the other side. It would look innocent, but *Squirt* stealth watergun!

   i'm with nora. that would help.

   and the squirt gun part - if it stays gun shaped - needs to look nothing like a real gun, or else you only get a few minutes to enjoy it before being tackled, cuffed, and/or shot with real bullets.

   when i was a kid our squirt guns were clear flourescent green and non-gunlike colors like that.
