Meh. I guess I’ve been too overstimulated. I suppose that would have been pretty neat had I never seen a commercial before.

Yay! I love Michel Gondry, he’s one of my favourite directors, can’t wait for “Be Kind, Rewind” to come out…awesome ad, I just love his creativity!

Great post! You can see similarities between this video and “Human Behaviour,” “Army of Me,” “Hyperballad,” and “Bachelorette!” This guy is extremely talented, and it’s great seeing that he’s still churning out amazing material.

kickinnc, if you haven’t seen it (though I doubt it) you should check out The Science of Sleep, there are amazing daydream/dream sequences just like this video. Michel Gondry rocks :)

I have been a fan ever since I saw his White Stripes lego video, I think he brings a unique playfulness to everything he touches.

I have to agree with matt.

Didn’t care for it. Seemed a little overdone and half-baked at the same time.

Michel is a genius. Has anyone here seen the short he made called “One Day”? It’s got David Cross, and it’s a hilarious short.

“Eternal sunshine of the spotless mind” was directed by him too. Great movie !
