Venezuelan man Carlos Camejo, 33, was declared dead after a traffic accident and was taken to the morgue. During the autopsy, Carlos woke up!
"I woke up because the pain was unbearable," Camejo said, according to a report on Friday in leading local newspaper El Universal.
His grieving wife turned up at the morgue to identify her husband’s body only to find him moved into a corridor — and alive.

I really hope that this isn’t true, because ever since i saw an episode of tales from the crypt where the guy can feel his autopsy, i’ve been petrified of this!

I remember that episode too, Christie! And this has become one of my greatest fears, along with being buried alive.

Yeah, there’s a really good version of this same tale in a Stephen King short story called ‘Autopsy Room Four’ on the Everythings Eventual collection. It’s very creepy.
