That’s funny… I think there’s a type of Mexican food called “Cuitlacoche,” which I’ve heard translated to mean, “Corn Smut.”

@ Ris: It does! the blasted thing is basically corn fungus which sounds pretty disgusting but isn’t that bad when cooked properly.

it is not call cuitlacoche it’s call “HUITLACOCHE” and yes is corn fongus and actually it tastes pretty good to be a fongus

I’ve had four kids and the name is appropriate.
