The World Conservation Union (IUCN)’s 2007 Red List of Threatened Species includes the Chinese river dolphin, which was classified as “critically endangered (possibly extinct)”. National Geographic has a gallery of animals from the new list. Link

    If I remember correctly China’s rare river dolphin has just been the latest animal to become extinct. :(

    most things are going extinct because of us harming the planet, not natural causes. most animals naturally coexist. it would be better if we keep Earth’s natural diversity of life, we’ll regret it if we dont
