My sister works in a pet shop store (in Sweden) and she said this was up as a proposal some time ago, but there's yet no law considering the use of these types of fish bowls (at least not in Sweden). Even if it was, I'd love to have the one above as a water bowl for my two cats. :) I don’t think they are illegal all over Europe. Learn something new every day! But no, they're not illegal in America. Apparently we relish the sound of poor little goldfish thumping sightlessly into the sides of their bowls over here =P That cat bowl looks pretty cute when looking at it from above like that but I wish they'd had a picture from the side as well - are we going to have to keep our fish not only blind but living on a slant in order to get the most out of the cat-quarium?
