    McDonalds has always confussed sales numbers with quality… Quality is not directly related to food sales - cheap, crappy food at that.

    I liked when the individual stores actually changed those signs periodically to try to keep up with the estimate of total burgers sold worldwide. Nowadays they almost all say “Billions Sold”. Big deal… I think it was a lot more impressive when there was a real number that was occasionally changed. Lazy buggers!

    This isn’t the first McDonalds. My dad used to go to the first, which was in San Bernardino, CA. Read the wiki for more info.
