Unfortunate Product Name: iBeat Blaxx

German company TrekStor picked an unfortunate name for its MP3 player: i.beat blaxx. When the blogosphere picked it up (Adrants, Engadget, Gizmodo amongst others), they changed it to simply blaxx.

    I'm not sure how they were able to market it as i.Beat at all! Not without the Apple people going after them...
