One can probably built USB storage devices into each doll so they would serve the purpose. Although 1 bit and 1 Tb will be tricky :))
Until this is done, any of my dolls at http://matryoshkastore.com/ can easily challenge it -

Too bad they’re the incorrectly-used power-of-ten names,, not the standard power-of-two names.

A nybble/nibble is 1/2 of a byte. (I assume that was just a typo, since 1/2 of a bit is pretty much meaningless except statistically.) And if you’re going to include that then you should probably include at least word and doubleword.
