Crescent Earth: Check Brilliant flash of sunlight from behind edge of Earth: Check. Brilliant flash of sunlight from behind edge of crescent earth: Impossible. Nice try, whomever it was who combined or cooked or whatever it was they did to make this one, but sunlight peeking just over the horizon of a celestial body ain't never gonna bend around and illuminate the far side of that selfsame celestial body to create the effect depicted. Nice try, whomever it was who combined or cooked or whatever it was they did to make this one, but sunlight peeking just over the horizon of a celestial body ain’t never gonna bend around and illuminate the far side of that selfsame celestial body to create the effect depicted.
