30 Days of Spam

Neatorama reader Tyler Riewer wrote to us:

Two friends of mine recently completed The Book of SPAM (yes, the canned meat kind) and in honor of their great trials, I’ve vowed to eat SPAM every meal for 30 days. The photos, stories and bitter reactions from my vegetarian wife can be found on the site.

    Personally, I love SPAM. -Nothin' better than SPAM patty melts. And the quiche he talked about on the web site--better than regular quiche, in my opinion! Get the SPAM cook book if you can. Some of the recipes are a little weird, but most of them--like SPAM 'crab' cakes--are excellent.
