Tuxedo Travel

By Alex in Travel on Aug 1, 2007 at 4:05 pm

One day, Heath Buck and Douglas Campbell, who have never met before, dared each other to go on a travel adventure. The night ended with a drunken handshake – and six months later, the two embarked on a crazy journey from Hong Kong to London, via Vietnam, Tibet, Nepal, India, Pakistan, and Kyrgyzstan …

What’s so crazy about that? Well, besides going on around the world with a complete stranger, the whole journey is to be done wearing tuxedoes …

Didn’t Lord Dunsany write a short story about a man in China who was suprised to see to carriages with men in tuxedoes rush past? I may be remembering this wrong.

I love these guys! Did you see their Beggars Banquet for street kids in Hanoi? Awesome.

    Thanks for the post!

We flew through Kazakhstan and Russia and are finally in Europe – so clean and functional :)

The trip is almost over but it’s been a damn good ride. Can life ever be the same after 5 months in a tux – we’ll see…

    Regards from Warsaw!
