		<description>Yeah, the horse ice cream took the--ahem--cake. 

I love green tea ice cream, though. And I'd be willing to try the stout ice cream, something tells me it'd actually be pretty tasty if it's done well.

Some of those flavors remind me of the kooky Iron Chef who had a habit of making ice creams out of almost every ingredient he was given. (I *LOVED* that show...)
