World's Largest Dam Already Changing the Weather

The world’s largest dam, the Three Gorges Dam on China’s Yangtze River, is two years from being completed but it’s already changing the weather:

Both modeling and actual meteorological data suggest that the reservoir is cooling its valley, which is causing changes in rainfall.
