Aaah, the good ol’ CPU restriction. David, It’s a limit to prevent a website in a shared server from using too much computer thinkin’ power and therefore hogging the server all to itself.

Neatorama’s been slapped with that before it had to get its own box.

Sounds like a good idea until too many people show up at the same time and the mean shared hosting guard dog goes “to much cpu used”.
