This would be amazing if this man was a credible witness, or if his claims were anything new.
Haut was the man who first claimed the debris was from a flying saucer to kick the whole thing off!

I don’t know if this will influence opinion - but he also set up a UFO museum (who presumably rely on UFO interest to make money).
