Hi everybody – I’m the senior editor of the online magazine that interviewed Frank Warren – we really love this story because Frank got a chance to explain why he started the whole thing in the first place – his own secrets. His site really does tie us all together, b/c we all have a secret.

postsecret bothers me in that its so predominately depressing to read. i wish there were more positive postings, though I understand that people are more likely to send in the negative postcards because it is cathartic. I guess I’ll have to stick to FOUND for my weird insights into humanity.

Your post says “largest advertisement-free site on the web”, but PostSecret’s site says “largest advertisement-free BLOG on the web”.

I’m pretty sure that there are larger sites on the web without advertising (eg. almost any government site, any large university’s web site, etc.).

While I don’t konw if PostSecret is actually the largest ad free blog, the claim is much more reasonable.
