Love Jay’s plans, but the pricing is a bit steep, up to $400 a sq ft, not exactly a bargain even considering the eco savings to be gained. Tiny Texas Houses are amazing, so awesome to see a company reusing and reducing.

Check out Tiny Texas Houses (warning: crappy website, but they make up for it with mediocre photos).

They’re made from reclaimed materials, and they have nice old-house architectural details. I’ve seen these things in real life, and the photos don’t do them justice. They’re pretty great.
