I know some sats can lose their signal with just a little snow. I've heard of the suggestion to use cooking oil to clean the sat, but that can destroy the paint and the signal.

They can't be getting a good signal, but what do they have to watch over there anyways? Last time I was in Italy, they were watching reruns of Different Strokes (title "Arnold").

don't ask why :D (some) Dutch people are proud of their artistic capability, and the community is very supportive towards anything art/culture. so of course you'll find community projects like this a lot here. some interesting art related stuff that happens just recently: http://www.dutchamsterdam.nl/194-more-nudity-than-normal-in-amsterdam-as-photographer-spencer-tunick-hits-town
