Chicken stock is for wusses – real chefs use "Crocbest," the essence of crocodile in their soups:

A Thai cook shows a can of essence of crocodile soup at the Samutprakan Crocodile Farm and Zoo in the outskirts of Bangkok, Thailand, on Thursday.

Plus, there’s a bonus with eating crocodile: it’s deemed an aphrodisiac. Link

    Is there any animal or animal part that is NOT considered and aphrodisiac somewhere in Asia? Jebus.

    Like shark fin and rhino horn. But the most aphrodisiac part is the Viagra part.

    it damn well better be an aphrodisiac! if im gonna try crocodile its gonna be for a damn good reason
