Chicken stock is for wusses - real chefs use "Crocbest," the essence of crocodile in their soups:

A Thai cook shows a can of essence of crocodile soup at the Samutprakan Crocodile Farm and Zoo in the outskirts of Bangkok, Thailand, on Thursday.

Plus, there’s a bonus with eating crocodile: it’s deemed an aphrodisiac. Link
